VALUE PARTNERS - COMMUNICATION STRATEGY - 2022

Value Partners is a management consulting firm founded in Milan in 1993. While the company has built strong expertise over the years and expanded into technology consultancy, it has continued to use the same corporate identity and communication approach. As a result, its communication strategy feels outdated and does not clearly reflect the breadth of its services or keep pace with its competitors. There was a clear need to strengthen its communication channels and present a solid, credible portfolio based on past experience, using simpler language and a more contemporary visual approach.

This project was developed at Politecnico di Milano for the Synthesis Studio:  Brand and Product Storytelling in SME Business Transformation course by a group of five students (Basak Ertekin, Zeynep Algan, Martino Biancardi, Chiara Capuano, Alessandro Raimondo). We worked on a full rebranding of Value Partners, defined a new communication strategy, and planned a structured social media presence. After analyzing competitor communication channels, we redesigned the website and introduced clear, effective graphics to explain how management consulting and technology consulting work together within the company, making complex services easier to understand for a wider audience.
